Skin Tone, Lustre, Taughtness and Texture

Paying attention to our skin is also informative. In this respect we can observe its tone, lustre, taughtness, firmness and texture, and even notice if it ever feels uncomfortable – and what might be causing that.

We may make mental notes as to how the different dietary habits we undertake, and the things our skin may come into contact with, may be providing us with a greater or lesser alround quality of skin.

Are we bombarding ourselves with toxins and other applied materials that are having a damaging and detrimental affect upon our skin? If we listen to the body we can often tell what is affecting what.

We can also pay attention as to whether exercise – or lack of it – and even if deep, diaphragmatic breathing and the vibrancy of our bodies, influences the quality and strength of our skin.
