Enthusiasm and Emotional Activity

Genuine and unforced enthusiam is perhaps the greatest attribute for vitality, so it is useful to observe our levels of enthusiams as they may peak or dip, and if we can, see what might be causing that, and why.

We also observe and pay attention to our emotions, and what effects they may be having on our body, either directly in terms of mood, pulse and calmness, or indirectly, if, for example, they lead to such things as comfort eating, alcohol abuse, or worse.

Emotional strength is an essential pre-requisite for an effective life, however, emotional mastery is something everyone can achieve, and so if you wish to strengthen your abilities in this area you may wish to use some of our own resources for this purpose, or those of others. The rewards may be tenfold.
