What Does it Take To Create New Cultures?

People interested in helping to bring about new social and global cultures have always been passionately involved in the effort to understand and utilise the principles and dynamics involved in what it is that achieves that change.

Culture involves interaction and the exchange of ideas and focus of attention and consciousness in and between individuals.  The more we talk about something, and the more it is seen and proven to be a success, and the more we think about it and promote it, the more positive changes in culture can be embraced and established.

But it will take a certain ‘critical mass’ of talking, dialogue and energy to bring the principles of listening to the body into the mainstream of established thinking.

To that end, if you start to find success and greater natural results through listening to your body and applying the principles of Body Wisdom, and once you are comfortable and established in that practise, you might like to consider whether you would like to become and think of yourself as an informal ambassador for the campaign to create a new culture based on listening to the body and responding to its needs.

One of the ways in which we’d like to invite you to helps us to do just that is to invite you to help Spread The Word.

The other is to point out that by demonstrating your own results and successes, you can also naturally be A Living Example of The Wisdom.
